River tubing is the ultimate self-propelled white water adventure. Nestled into your tube, you become your own vessel as you navigate Scotland's beautiful rivers, riding waves, surfing rapids, and experiencing the wild Scottish landscape from a completely unique perspective. Your guides will be with you every step of the way – coaching technique, pointing you in the right direction, and sharing in the fun. This activity is perfect for those who want to push their limits in a safe, supported environment. We provide everything you need, from wetsuit and specialist footwear to changing robe and hot drinks at the end. Come ready to laugh, because there's no graceful way to tube – but there are a million ways to have fun.

Our white water rafting, canyoning and tubing adventures are available as half-day activities. However, if you’d like to make a day of it then we can offer you additional experiences (dependent on location and availability) through either ourselves or one of our partner companies. Where available, we are also happy to help arrange lunch options to keep you well-fed during your adventures.
