What to Expect on the Day of Your Adventure

If it is your first time joining us, it is completely normal to wonder how the day will unfold. The good news is that it is all designed to feel straightforward, relaxed, and fun.

We start by meeting you on location and getting everyone welcomed in. Once you’ve arrived, we will talk through the plan for the session, answer any last-minute questions, and get you fitted with the kit you need for the activity.

After that comes the briefing. This is where your guides explain the key safety points, show you how the equipment works, and give you the techniques that will help you enjoy the trip. Whether you are rafting, tubing, or canyoning, we want you to feel confident before the adventure begins.

Once you’re out on the water - or in the canyon - the day becomes all about the experience. Expect plenty of encouragement, lots of laughter, and a few moments that push you just far enough outside your comfort zone to feel exciting.

When the adventure finishes, we help you get warm, dry, and comfortable again. That is where the all inclusive approach really comes together: the changing robes, the extra kit, and the hot drink at the end all help round off the day properly.

All you really need to bring is a sense of adventure, something to wear under your wetsuit, and a willingness to enjoy Scotland from a wilder angle.
